Program Overview
This is a program suitable for senior leadership teams seeking alignment and clarity in actions and behaviours. This process is measured by the senior team as well as by the overall team through a 360 degree feedback report. The ongoing process includes setting of new objectives and actions.
This session is suitable for any leader who is looking to embrace a set of principles and behaviours that will ‘blow the doors of business as usual’.

Format
Initial workshop starts with a half-day session followed by quarterly half day sessions over a 12 month period with an ideal group size of 8 to 15 participants.
