PVMV (Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values)

Program Overview

PVMV™ is an acronym for our “Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values” culture statement workshop. Working with the senior leadership team, this program facilitates the creation of the business culture statement, the benchmark for alignment and behaviour and the blueprint for ‘the way we do things around here’.
This is a powerful tool for any leader and is most effective when a leader uses it as part of a group facilitation workshop for his/her key delegates, leadership group or overall team.

Learning Outcomes

• Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the organisational culture statement across the business
• Increased confidence in managing team alignment, engagement and behaviours that are critical to achieving outstanding performance aligned with the overall objectives
• Gain buy-in and ownership of the culture statement by all team members through involving them in this process

Format

Initial workshop is either half-day or full-day with an ideal group size of 8 to 15 participants.
