STEP UP TO SUCCESS (SUTS)

Program Overview

SUtS™ is an acronym for our “Step Up to Success” planning program. This is for businesses or teams who are looking to create alignment and accountability around a common vision and short term action plan.

Program Outcomes

• Alignment for the leadership team in the areas of roles, strategic intent, key issues and key opportunities
• Agreed team action plan to address issues and opportunities as well as ensure future business growth
• Compelling team Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values
• Creating accountability and ownership through the follow up meeting program
• Behavioural and cultural expectations of the team in order to implement the action plan

Workshop Content

• PVMV culture statement
• Define roles and ownership
• Identify key issues and opportunities
• Define strategic objectives and create a business action plan
• Establish follow up and accountability processes

Format

Initial workshop is a full-day with an ideal group size of 8 to 15 participants.
