VISION

Program Overview

For companies who want to create a clear and compelling Vision with a 1-2 year Strategic Plan. VISION™ provides companies with a concise one-page strategic roadmap using the Balanced Scorecard system. The program works through a series of stages such as Vision, Culture, Strategic Intent, Environment, Strategy, Capabilities, Innovation, Action and Accountability.

• Increased confidence in managing team alignment, engagement and behaviours that are critical to achieving outstanding performance aligned with the overall objectives.
• Balanced Scorecard Management System for tracking the strategic plan.

Workshop Content

• Build a culture statement for your team through establishing a compelling vision, purpose, mission and values
• Understanding and analyzing your competitive market environment and establish a strategic intent
• Review and develop your unique business strategy and the capability to execute the strategy
• Identify key issues, opportunities
• Define strategic objectives and create a business action plan
• Establish follow up and accountability processes

Format

One facilitator - Initial program is 2 to 3 days for group sizes of 8 to 15 with quarterly one day follow up workshops.  Cost is $5,500 per day including gst and excludes costs of venue hire and catering.  Pre-work is Optional but not mandatory.
