Day 1—The Confident Presenter

• Plan presentations with the audience in mind
• Structure your content and create persuasive messages
• Learn key delivery skills and how to interact with visual aids

Day 2—The Effective Influencer

• Understand decision making processes and motivations to act
• Recognise and adapt to different communi-cation styles
• Learn high impact rapport building skills in-cluding advanced questioning and listening skills to boost your confidence and control in influencing interactions
• Set up effective meetings and a model for confronting tough issues
