Our beginnings

Corporate Edge began its journey in 1999, when founder Phil Allison started a behaviour change company. He did this to achieve his personal purpose in life: to facilitate the achievement of human potential. We are now a strong and diverse team, committed to the common cause of helping facilitate the success of individuals, teams and organisations.

More than 20 years later, Corporate Edge has expanded into the organisational culture and leadership development space. We work alongside some of Australia’s biggest brands, and are recognised internationally for helping our clients to articulate their culture and empower all levels of their organisation.

We have transformed managers into inspirational leaders, helped individuals evolve into high performance teams and navigated the difficulties of unprecedented times alongside our clients.

Our Cooperative Culture

We believe in a partnership approach.
The success of our programs are solely dependent on the relationships we build with our clients and the understanding of their business needs. We conduct regular check-ins and review sessions with the Program Sponsors and all other key stakeholders. They include feedback and debrief sessions to constantly review and evolve the service we provide, to ensure all requirements and objectives are met.

We utilise the Human Synergistic’s suite of tools to gain insights on our own Culture at Corporate Edge and gain feedback from a small random sample of our Customers. Here are the results of the Organisation Culture and Customer Satisfaction surveys. We are pleased with the results and continue to focus on maintaining and improving our constructive styles.

In order to become a more accountable organisation with good risk management and governance practices, Power & Water has partnered with us for over 5 years to develop their people as the key to their success. By having the right culture, leadership and technical capabilities which are aligned to a commercially focused, customer-centric organisation, they have continuously run programs that foster this type of culture and development.

 

Working closely with Power & Water, we identified, designed, developed and delivered a suite of tailored programs across multiple levels of leadership.

After significant change in their business moving from a start-up to a more mature organisation, Senex had experienced the challenges that come with rapid growth. With their maturation came the need for leadership capability in addition to technical skills.

 

Partnering with Senex, we developed leaders that could shift the culture from engineering-focused to humanistic and high-performing. We worked to build wider and deeper leadership capability to reduce key person risk and give their leaders the skills and tools to preserve the unique aspects of their culture whilst creating an environment for change.
