Working with Corporate Edge, specifically John, was a great experience for both myself and my team. John’s natural and genuine style allowed the team to feel comfortable in opening up to one another and ultimately forming a genuine village within the team. We leant into some of the barriers we had and learnt some great frameworks to help us embed change within the team. The experience was great, from both the one-on-one coaching to the group facilitated sessions. In person and virtually were just as engaging.
